# ZETL CRM

> ZETL CRM is an all-in-one CRM, e-invoicing, and project management software platform engineered specifically for businesses operating in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH region). It supports GoBD-compliant processes; whether a given installation is GoBD-compliant also depends on how the customer uses it.

## Product Overview

ZETL CRM unifies customer relation management, automated invoicing, project milestone tracking, mobile-optimized time recording, and AI-powered document extraction into a single, cloud-native SaaS web application. There is no native iOS or Android app; every surface runs in the browser.

### Key Capabilities

- **Customer Management & CRM**: Central contact directory, lead pipelines, interaction history timelines, VAT ID (USt-IdNr.) verification, and GDPR consent management.
- **GoBD Finance & Invoicing**: Invoice generation with immutable archiving and audit trails, e-Invoicing support (XRechnung & ZUGFeRD 2.x standards), AI-driven invoice receipt OCR capture, EPC QR-code payment generation, and automated multi-stage dunning.
- **Inventory & Purchasing**: Multi-warehouse stock management, a gapless stock journal booked automatically on delivery notes, invoices, transfers, and inventory counts, minimum-stock alerts with automated purchase proposals, purchase requests (RFQs) comparing multiple supplier quotes, and goods-receipt inspection.
- **Tax Advisor Portal & DATEV Handover**: Dedicated free login for tax advisor firms with a central client overview (Mandantenübersicht), monthly pre-assigned DATEV batch downloads with linked PDF receipt images, and automatic handling of retroactive reversals (Generalumkehr).
- **Projects & Time Tracking**: Multi-phase project planning, Kanban task boards, time logging in the mobile-optimized web client, and single-click handover of billable hours into GoBD invoices.
- **AI Features**: AI-powered receipt capture (OCR) for incoming invoices is part of the Business tier. The conversational AI business assistant — questions about your own data, prepared analyses, drafted customer messages — is announced as a separately bookable add-on, independent of the chosen tier. It is not yet available, is not included in any tier, and is not active by default.
- **Data Residency: EU as the Rule, Two Named Exceptions**: Database and Cloud Functions operate in Frankfurt (europe-west3), file storage in Belgium (europe-west1). Firebase Authentication and App Check / reCAPTCHA Enterprise are not region-bound (covered by EU SCCs and DPF). The CRM content itself does not leave the EU. Self-hosts all fonts locally without third-party CDN telemetry, and is built to support GDPR-compliant processing (DSGVO) — responsibility for the compliance of the customer's own processing stays with the customer.

## Subscription Tiers & Pricing

All prices are net per user and exclude statutory VAT. The offer is addressed exclusively to businesses (Unternehmer within the meaning of § 14 BGB).

- **Free**: €0, no minimum term — the contract runs for an indefinite term and either side may cancel at any time; the provider reserves the right to discontinue the Free tier, in whole or in part, with 14 days' notice (AGB § 8 Abs. 1). 1 full license, up to 3 e-invoices per month (PDF & XRechnung), customer & contact management (max. 5 customers, 4 people), quotes (max. 2 line items), guided workflows, 1 GB document storage.
- **Standard**: €19/month (or €16/month billed annually, €192 per year), 1 full license included, each additional full license €7/month. Adds unlimited GoBD invoicing, the end-to-end order chain (order confirmations & delivery notes), sales pipeline, CSV/Excel data import, 10 GB storage, unlimited customers and quotes.
- **Business**: €35/month (or €29/month billed annually, €348 per year), 2 full licenses & 10 time-tracker seats included, additional full licenses €7/month and time-tracker seats €3/month. Adds incoming-invoice AI OCR, recurring invoices & multi-stage dunning, partner/procurement management, e-signature quotes, 50 GB storage.

Specialized modules — full inventory management & purchasing, the DATEV finance bundle with its tax-advisor portal, and the AI assistant — are booked separately through the in-app marketplace rather than bundled into a tier.
